ギリシャ神話の海神の名を冠した商業施設。その場所がかつて海だった事や神話のインスピレーションから波の曲線や青色や海洋生物のモチーフ等でデザインした。イタリアから寄贈されたトリトン像に向かうブリッジの色はフェラーリのロッソ・コルサ（Rosso Corsa）を指定色とした。
Named after the Greek god of the sea, this commercial facility draws design inspiration from its maritime history and mythology. Situated on land that once belonged to the sea, the architecture incorporates motifs like wave-like curves, shades of blue, and marine life themes. The bridge leading to the Triton statue, a gift from Italy, is specifically painted in Ferrari’s iconic Rosso Corsa hue.
