工場建築に囲まれた中でこの広場には角を作らず、すべてを円形で統一したデザインとし、社員が自然に親しみ、集まれるような場づくりを目指している。それは企業理念である「”求める心”と”みんなの力”が結束して初めて偉大な仕事ができる」というグローリー社の原点に帰れる場所。創業時からの企業としての歴史や想いを融合して視覚化し、広場全体が敷地内で一番存在感と求心力のあるシンボルとなっている。
Nestled amidst factory buildings, the plaza features a circular design devoid of corners, crafted to foster spontaneous gatherings among employees. It serves as a place where employees reconnect with the core tenets of Glory’s corporate philosophy: “Great work stems from the unity of the ‘spirit of seeking’ and ‘the power of all.'” The plaza stands as a powerful symbol, exuding a strong presence and serving as the central hub on the site.
