L’ASSIETTE PROJECT
GRANDE MAISON KANAZAWA BUDONOMORI
金沢市郊外にあるレストランLe Tonelles 周辺の農地に「食」を中心として、「人・農・自然」の三風景を繋ぐプロジェクト。過疎化・少子化により耕作放棄地が散見される地域の活性化、農の技術の伝承、自然環境の保全を目的とする。農地に大きな輪を描く遊歩道は訪れた人をレストランの外へと誘い、農業体験・ワークショップなどを通して五感を味わう喜びを伝える。まるで大きな皿（L’Assiette）の輪郭のように、地域のシンボルとなる。

L’ASSIETTE PROJECT GRANDE MAISON KANAZAWA BUDONOKI This project connects the three landscapes of “people, agriculture, and nature” with a focus on “food” in the farmland around the restaurant Le Tonelles in the suburbs of Kanazawa City. The project aims to revitalize the area, where abandoned farmland is seen due to depopulation and declining birth rates, to pass on farming techniques, and to preserve the natural environment. The promenade, which forms a large circle around the farmland, invites visitors out of the restaurant and conveys the joy of tasting the five senses through hands-on agricultural experiences and workshops. Like the outline of a large plate (L’Assiette), it will become a symbol of the community.
